The LinkFix checker

Requests with the user agent LinkFix/1.0 come from LinkFix, a broken link checker. Someone asked us to check the links on a website, and your page is either on that site or linked from it.

On the site being checked we follow robots.txt (the LinkFix group, else *, including Crawl-delay) and read one page at a time. Links to other sites get one HEAD request, and a GET only when the HEAD answer is unclear. We do not store page content, only whether each link works.

To keep us off your site, add to robots.txt:
